We’ve had the pleasure to have Steve as the Pitmaster each Pig roast summer event (5 Years now and counting!!).  Steve is hands-on during event day and success is a result of easy communication for our party plan (75+ guest head-count, menu selections and side dish recommendations). 

 

My guests are always eager to see the Pit/Trailer set-up before we feast on whole pig, brisket, ribs and chicken; side dish options and BBQ sauce are icing on the cake.  The party group has grown every year and everyone compliments the quality (and quantity) of deliciousness.
